Do you work with brokers?

Yes. Broker commissions are protected and documented in writing before submission. Sign up through the Lords of Lending broker portal at lordsoflending.com/brokers — we place deals through our bank network and the broker stays in the relationship.

Is CX Lending a lender or a broker?

CX Lending is a specialty-capital platform. We originate, package, and place across an established lender network. Selective LP check-writing sits alongside the lending book for qualifying opportunities.
